The GME Specialists are responsible for maintaining residents' and subspecialty residents' training records and handling matters relating to their appointments including payroll and benefits, licensure, loan deferments, notary services, and foreign medical graduates.
Ms. Wade is the primary contact for the following programs: Allergy and Immunology, Pediatrics and subspecialties, Psychiatry and subspecialties, and Radiation Oncology. She is also the primary contact person for questions regarding FreedomPay.
Ms. Bolick is the primary contact for the following programs: Dermatology, Family Medicine, Medicine and subspecialties, and Medicine/Pediatrics, and Sports Medicine.
Kim Marks, GME Specialist
Ms. Marks is the primary contact for the following programs: Dental Ecology, Neurosurgery, Nuclear Medicine, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Orthopaedics, Otolaryngology, Pediatric Dentistry, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Preventive Medicine, Radiology and subspecialties, and Surgery and subspecialties.
Rae Esmores, Assistant GME Specialist
Ms. Esmores is the primary contact for the following programs: Anesthesiology, Emergency Medicine, McLendon Labs, Neurology, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Pathology.
Ms. Mays monitors and reconciles financial accounts related to insurance premiums, parking, operating budgets, billing and all other financial aspects of graduate medical education.
Business & Accreditation Manager
Ms. Hill provides support and assistance to the Executive Associate Dean for Graduate Medical Education, the Director of the Office of Graduate Medical Education, the Graduate Medical Education Committee, and the Housestaff Council. She is the primary contact person for questions regarding accreditation and internal reviews.
Ms. Bazemore maintains documentation regarding duty hours and reimbursement. She is the primary contact person for questions regarding E*Value. She supports the Moonlighting, Duty Hours, and Institutional Requirements Subcommittees of the Graduate Medical Education Committee.
Innovation and Development Manager
Mr. Prieur manages strategic innovation projects for Graduate Medical Education. He leads campaigns to promote education and training, faculty development, quality improvement, stakeholder collaboration and program accreditation. He directs process improvement projects using best practices and Lean methodologies.
GME Office Assistant
Mr. Hoffmeier is responsible for residency verifications as well as basic upkeep of the sharepoint website.
