- On the blue menu bar across the top, choose "For Physicians"
- On the left side of the page, look under "Licensing" and choose the desired type of license: "License by Endorsement Application" for a full license or "Resident Training License Application" for a training license
Fingerprint cards will be mailed from the Office of Graduate Medical Education
to the address provided to us by your program coordinator.
To view and print the application for a full NC medical license, your web browser will need the free plug-in "Acrobat Reader" which you can obtain from this page. Click the link below to download and install the self-extracting file.
