- On the blue menu bar across the top, choose "For Physicians"
- On the left side of the page, look under "Licensing" and choose "Resident Training License Application" for the online training license application
Fingerprint cards will be mailed from the Office of Graduate Medical Education
to the address provided to us by your program coordinator.
You will receive a packet in the mail with the required paperwork for your Graduate Medical Education appointment. If you have any questions, please contact your program coordinator.
