Ms. Hill provides support and assistance to the Executive Associate Dean for Graduate Medical Education, the Director of the Office of Graduate Medical Education, the Graduate Medical Education Committee, and the Housestaff Council.

Ms. Mays monitors and reconciles financial accounts related to insurance premiums, parking, operating budgets, billing and all other financial aspects of graduate medical education. She is also the primary contact for the training programs in Pharmacy, Pastoral Care, Recreational Therapy, Speech Pathology and Audiology.

GME Consultants
The GME consultants are responsible for maintaining Housestaff training records and handling matters relating to Housestaff employment including payroll and benefits, licensure, loan deferments, notary services, and foreign medical graduates.

Ms. Wade is the primary contact for the following programs: Dermatology, Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, McClendon Clinical Labs, Neurology and subspecialties, OB/GYN and subspecialties, Ophthalmology, Orthopaedics, Otolaryngology, Pathology and subspecialties, Pediatric Emergency Medicine, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Radiation Oncology and Sleep Medicine.
