The GME Specialis are responsible for maintaining residents' and subspecialty residents' training records and handling matters relating to their appointments including payroll and benefits, licensure, loan deferments, notary services, and foreign medical graduates.
Business & Operations Manager
Ms. Mays monitors and reconciles financial accounts related to insurance premiums, parking, operating budgets, billing and all other financial aspects of graduate medical education.

Business & Accreditation Manager
Ms. Hill is the primary contact person for questions regarding accreditation and internal reviews. She provides support and assistance to the Executive Associate Dean for Graduate Medical Education, the Director of the Office of Graduate Medical Education, the Graduate Medical Education Committee, and the Housestaff Council.
Ms. Bazemore maintains documentation regarding duty hours and reimbursement. She is the primary contact person for questions regarding E*Value. She supports the Moonlighting, Duty Hours, and Institutional Requirements Subcommittees of the Graduate Medical Education Committee.
Information Systems Specialist
Mr. Prieur creates and maintains official communications and information systems for the Office of Graduate Medical Education and leads a number of the Office's special projects, including the transition to Microsoft SharePoint. He also provides program support throughout the reaccreditation process.
